I would really rather see this as a fan game, but since it includes both 2D and 3D characters and at least one OC, that's probably not reasonable.
A silly attempt to rectify the fact that, of all the main characters, only those of Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney seem to have not been accused of murder.

Antagonist: Spoiler, of course.
Setting: Post-Dual Destinies, with the crime scene just outside Kurain village.
Plot: Vera Misham is stabbed to death and Lamiroir injured, and Klavier is arrested as the prime suspect. Apollo takes the case and, in the process of proving his client innocent, ends up implicating himself. Athena vows to set him free even when a guilty verdict seems inevitable.
Point of View: First person, corresponding the the appropriate attorney.

New Fiction Idea #48
I am entirely sure this was inspired by a dream, particularly the setting, yet I cannot remember any of the dream.
At any rate, it's basically the same as all the other stories I write, except the parties involved are for the most part allied against outside forces.
Working Title: Checkout (I really have no idea what to name it)
Genre: Suspense
Protagonist: Paul, the kind of everyman who got into this to save people and is a little disillusioned after a few years of work and paperwork. He has a tired air about him, but he still keeps up a good attitude and is loyal to his profession.
Other Main Characters: Alexis, the squad leader. She's serious and spitfire, and it's extremely hard for her to back down. When she's stubborn, it's usually for the rules's or her teammates's sake and not her own.
Jim, the least intelligent member of the squad (to the point most other officers think he only made it on due to bribery or nepotism). He prefers not to take things seriously whenever possible, although he's still pretty capable at times.
The rest of the squad, although they haven't revealed themselves to me yet.
Antagonist: Spoiler. It is a murderer responsible for the initial case as well as the casualties racked up during the investigation.
Setting: A large, ornate, old-fashioned luxury hotel. Still in business (although obviously not still checking in customers during the investigation), it shows some of its age but is well-kept.
Plot: The squad arrives at the hotel to investigate a murder in one of the suites.They don't get far before someone sets off a deadly trap—and another. Clearly the murderer is still at it, and the remainder of the squad tries to track the culprit down and detain him/her without losing any more of their lives or risking others'.
Point of View: Third person, limited to Paul.

New Fan Fiction Idea #23
It seems like I haven't been so full of ideas recently, especially pertaining to fan fiction. It's probably a combination of switching main fandoms and the general lack of inspiration after writing an 80,000-word fan fiction in a month.
Working Title: Turnabout Escape
Fandom: Phoenix Wright/Ace Attorney
Genre Tags: Mystery/Horror or Suspense
Length: Multichapter, probably under 50k
Protagonist: Phoenix Wright.
Other Main Characters: Maya Fey, Miles Edgeworth, and Detective Gumshoe.
Antagonist: So far unknown. They're very mean, though.
Setting: Timewise, somewhere in the vicinity of the original trilogy. As far as place, most of the initial trouble and later investigation takes place in a small complex. At its centre is a heavily fortified room, square in layout (aside from the opening into the sink-and-toilet bathroom) and empty of all furniture but an ordinary domed ceiling light. The door is thick metal and opens by sliding when an appropriate signal comes from outside the room. Outside of the room is a labyrinthine, concentric series of empty hallways that lead to a thick-glass-lined exterior wall with no visible doors. The building is hidden in the woods but not far from a few villages.
Plot: The main characters are all more or less assaulted while going about their daily lives, and they all awake to find themselves trapped in the inner room. In the centre of the square is a knife and a piece of paper informing them that no one will be able to leave until one of them is dead. One way or the other, some of them make it out and set out to discover the one behind it all.
Point of View: First person (Phoenix).
The summary here isn't that great, but I'd hate to spoil the story.

New Fiction Idea #44
Basically Eat Your Heart Out with a big step away from the fandom, combined with a dream of which I remember frustratingly little.
Working Title: Eat Your Heart Out
Genre: Horror/Suspense/Fantasy/Dystopian (still sorting that out)
Protagonist: Emilee, an Other who's new to the regenerative immortality thing. She's a little shy but doesn't have much trouble trusting people within reason.
Other Main Characters: Jason, who believes that they were given their powers in order to stop the war.
Ian, Alexandra's former boyfriend and much less of a pleasant optimist than Jason. He keeps most of his bitter thoughts to himself, though.
Antagonist: Alexandra, a former member of the group who was generally the kindest and most optimistic of the lot. Once the plot gets going, though, she's a maniac literally after the hearts of her comrades and others of their kind.
Setting: A war-torn, near-future America, somewhere in the Midwest. Emilee and her friends are Others, humans who have at some point in their lives gained the ability to regenerate quickly after injuries, including lethal ones. They hide out in a nice/large but run-down and utility-less house.
Plot: After her younger brother is killed by one of the Others, Alexandra cracks. Drawing on a legend concerning eating the hearts of one of her kind being the only way to kill them, she commands Ian to secure the heart of the one most closely responsible for her brother's death. Upon eating the heart, however, she gains the Other's power and becomes a bit unhinged. By the time she's eliminated everyone at the scene of her brother's death, she's too mad and power-hungry to stop. The Others and her old friends alike try to stay alive, and Emilee's group also tries to find a way to bring her back.
Point of View: Third person, limited to Emilee.

New Fiction Idea #36
I actually had two other ideas before this, but this grew more quickly since it came from a plot rather than a world or characters.
Working Title: The Piper
Genre: Suspense/Mystery, perhaps
Protagonist: Monica, a woman in her twenties with light, brown hair she ties up and a serious face. She's rather small in stature and has an official occupation of seamstress, but she moonlights as a detective for those who hear of her. She's quite kind and susceptible to crying over terrible things that happen, but she can put on a more stoic bearing and usually does when it comes to her detective work. She was adopted by her parents, of whom only her father survives.
Other Main Characters: Natalie, Monica's coworker and sometime assistant. She has dark, curly hair and green eyes. She's easily startled but can handle quite a bit of pressure.
Antagonist: "The Piper," a serial killer in his late thirties. While his hairstyle and clothing change often, he always has a generally freckled complexion and a winning smile. He's manically intelligent and either acts sweet or cunning (or occasionally both, in an odd way).
Setting: A chain of small towns and larger ones in a well-off country. The time period couldn't quite be classified as medieval, but it's certainly before the modern-day. I'm still undecided as to whether this should be an alternate universe or some period in our world's history. At any rate, adoption isn't heavily regulated.
Plot: Monica pursues The Piper and struggles to subdue him before he can adopt the next child he plans to kill.
Point of View: Likely third-person, limited to Monica, although first-person wouldn't be out of the question.
